Pondicherry to Thanjavur via Chidambaram South India Motorcycle Trip 🏍️ In this episode, we leave Pondicherry after our stay at Ranga Cottages and continue our motorcycle trip towards Chidambaram, where we visit the famous Nataraja Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva in his cosmic dance form. While exploring the temple, we learn about the Pancha Bhoota Sthalams, where Chidambaram represents Akasha (space), and the fascinating Chidambara Rahasyam. After darshan, we continue towards Thanjavur. A large part of the ride is on cement/concrete highway, which gave us a very different riding experience compared with the tar roads we normally prefer. We finally reach Thanjavur and stay at Shreepathy Lodge.
