Char-Griller Akorn Jr. - Easy reverse seared smoked roast beef

Here I show my method of smoking a sirloin beef roast and then searing to perfection. So juicy, tender, and delicious! I got a flat tire on the weekend, changed to my spare on the side of the highway. Got a new tire and show my procedure for swapping out the spare wheel for the original. Then back to Akorn jr. smokin' and gillin'!
