#Kingdomhearts #BBS #Aqua "I never said one-on-one." Just like Terra's scenario, I decided to compile the Olympus fights into a single video. Crazy how Aqua goes from one of the more enjoyable to most irritating fights in the same world. Zack Strategy: On the surface, this fight seems the same as Zack 1 as Terra. You'd be right in thinking that... except they made him much easier here. He surprisingly is vulnerable to more status ailments (6 more to be exact)! The ones I decide to showcase are Sleep, Poison, Slow and Stop (Twisted Hours has a chance to do one of the latter two). Zack is mostly a combo dummy though. He does have instances during the start of his attacks where he's invulnerable to attacks, and he has an attack where he fires shockwaves at a distance (Unsure if this is Aqua exclusive). Honestly I don't really have a detailed route since you can freestyle him with whatever combo you want. I did grind at Mirage Arena for Photon Charge (It does negative damage but it's such a fun way to close the fight out). :P Hades & Ice Colussus Strategy: I'm not gonna mince words. Ice Colussus fun, Hades not fun. Let's get into what these 2 do Ice Colussus This fella seems to attack based on if Aqua is facing them or not. if for a moment she is, they will either do a slam with both their arms, do a far reaching breath sweep or summon icicles at you (this seems the rarest though happens more if you reach a certain height while in front of them). They will try to move in front by moving their legs up and moving their body circularly (the foot slams have an AOE hitbox to them). Hades For the start of this fight, he will just move around wherever he pleases, and only does his main attack stuff during this phase if the player hits him (He'll mainly mock you from the sidelines) he can be frozen by Ice Titan, which can be nice. When you down Ice Colussus, he starts doing attack stuff. He can throw fireballs, get up close and melee you and uhhhh, go into his DM. He glows red, and spins himself around with 2 fire beams as he approaches you. Both this and the melee are also his counters if he is attacked too much (I've noticed it happens around 5-ish hits though, I've seen it happen at 1). What makes the DM super annoying is he can start it up whenever he wants to troll. He can go from a DM, approach you and DM again. It's maddening. So the idea is to run Triple Firaga and Blizzaga, with some Barrier Surge, a Mine Square with some fun commands like Quick Blitz and Time Splicer thrown in (and I GUESS Thundaga). Main Goal The opener I do here is pretty consistent (provided Hades doesn't move to his left). The opening string keeps me in the air long enough to dodge any movement the Colussus makes, then using Ramuh's Judgement sticks me to the ground so I can I-Frame the next attack they do. From here, I want to make sure the next attack string is around where their left hand will be (As attacking from below there will not keep me in the air that long). Using a Firewheel at an angle after mine setups, I can melee then end it with a Time Splicer (This also sets me up into Blade Charge finisher). Hades is pretty random so I have to react or predict whenever he DM's or counters. Mines + Time Splicer tend to keep him in the air (unable to counter) and with Barrier Surge, I can reflect the fireball's he throws (as it shares the guard property) sometimes. I do not want him anywhere near the Ice Titan body since it just makes it difficult to consistently do damage to him. Lightning Ray is also a good Shotlock during DM as it can push him without me having to kite him around (If angled right). The Triple spells can build meter safely while the attack happens too. I kinda wanted a D-Link Finisher here and Micheal has a solid deck to pair with the mine juggles. :P Chapters: 0:00 Zack Intro 0:16 Zack Fight 1:55 Zack Outro 3:55 Hades Intro 4:49 Hades Fight 7:25 Outro Important Abilities equipped: EXP 0/Zero EXP Fire Boost x3 Blizzard Boost x3 Thunder Boost x2 Attack Haste x5 Magic Haste x5 Combo F Boost x2 Finish Boost x2 Combo Plus x1 Air Combo Plus x1 Modifications: Used the improved camera mod System: PC Songs: Those Who Fight - Final Fantasy VII Daydream - Melty Blood Luminous Moon Requiem (Moonlit Altar) - Melty Blood: Type Lumina The end of 1000 years (Millennium Castle) - Melty Blood Fanfare - Final Fantasy VII Costa del Sol - Final Fantasy VII Burden to Bear - Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII
