Integrating ERP and ACT for OCD

Both, Exposure and Response Prevention and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy have been helpful for some clients struggling with OCD. We know very little about integrating these two approaches. In this presentation, I share what I have learned from working with my clients in the two models.
