Den Bosch Press - Hockey Zonal Defence

Some examples of a Dutch press being used by Den Bosch Women's 1st Team. Defending players arrange in a 'domino six' shape, defending their 'zone' of space and cutting out passes rather than marking an individual player. When the attacking team plays into one of the boxes in the middle, pressure is applied, forcing the ball out or winning the ball.
