Lost in the Taygetos Mountains + 1 year of Journaling

In this video, I take you on a beautiful hike through the Taygetos Mountains in Greece. After spending some time finding the trailhead, I quickly lose the trail—but despite getting lost for a while, I eventually make it to the summit and back down safely. I also reflect on my journey of journaling every day for a year, sharing my insights and encouraging you to give it a try. 📌 Do you journal? Or are you thinking about starting?
