Battle Brothers How to Beat Large Goblin Camp in Hills (2 Shamans) using Low Stat Nimble Shield Team

Goblins hill camps are a tough matchup for nimble heavy teams, especially if the team has relatively low attack skill. How do you reliably beat a goblin hill camp with two shamans without needing forged gear or high attack skill? Simple, out shoot them! Fall back a bit. Use a ranged tank formation to attract the fire from the Ambushers. The skirmishers will advance to throw at your bros. Your throwers can equip crossbows and stay out of range of all goblins but in a position where they can still hit the skirmishers. It's much safer than trying to rush the camp. As somebody is likely to get netted / rooted / insect swarmed after losing some HP and armor. The goblin opponent is smart enough to start focus firing if a unit gets to half health and the goblins sense that senses that they can finish them off. Even being in cover won't save them at that point. I included some text in the video to explain the strategy a bit more clearly.
