Released in 1999 in the Japanese arcade - the game was released worldwide in 2000 for the Sony PlayStation. The game features 14 on-road and off-road circuits, as well as a plethora of different car bodies to choose from. There are numerous game modes to play, including Practice, Single Race, Time Trials and the coveted Championship mode. This was one of my personal favourites back in the early 2000s and is still one of my go-to arcade racers. For the purpose of this playthrough, I only went through the regular championship. Upon completing the regular championship, you unlock the 'Reverse Championship' which is identical but the tracks are reversed, and you don't win anything new upon completion. 0:00 - Intro 2:33 - Practice Mode 6:40 - Championship Mode 58:24 - Credits & Ending PLEASE NOTE: This game is being played through a backwards compatible PS3, so there may be some audio or graphical anomalies due to the compatibility.
