Alternator welder works!! made from scrap part 2 or 3 or I dont even remember

Today, I'm changing the muffler rotation, adding the cover over the brushes, and building a bracket for the rheostat.I built this little alternator welder using a little Honda gc 190 engine and a leece neville truck alternator. So the engine is 6hp and the alternator is SUPPOSED to be 270 amp. But I'm more likely to think its a 160 amp. I'll have to check the numbers to see. I'll have a full diagram of the wiring once I get the correct rheostat, and pulleys, and get it all dialed in properly. Thanks for watching the video guys and gals !!!
