PPRA/FHWA Webinar: Tack Coat and Fog Seal Treatments

This webinar discusses what Tack Coat and Fog Seals are, as well as how using the proper materials and a correct application will lead to good long-term performance of the pavement. Upon completion, participants will have a better understanding the basics of asphalt emulsions; the different types of conventional emulsions currently used today; and proper construction techniques to provide an excellent bond between layers and seal aged surface of the pavement.
