College & Career Advising at Concord

As part of our ongoing work to prepare students for success beyond high school, Concord Community Schools is strengthening the way we support students with college and career planning. College & Career Advising brings together school counseling, career coaching, academic planning, real-world experiences and conversations with families to help students better understand their interests, explore available opportunities and make thoughtful decisions about what comes next. This is a NEW approach to support students as they plan for what's ahead. We know students do not need to have their entire future figured out while they are in high school. Our goal is to make sure they have the support and experiences they need to understand their options and graduate with a meaningful next step. We invite you to watch the video below to learn more about this work and how it will support Concord students and families.
