Forget about the Francesco Ferruccio buff? I think we all did...World of Warships Legends

Recently, during the update with the Roman Empire content, forgotten Tier VI Francesco Ferruccio received a significant buff. Main battery reload booster, 6km sonar, reload time...and this video doesn't have any of that! While nobody gave this ship much thought, I'd imagine players will catch onto it sooner or later.
