004 GSA Rigid links, offset beams, and modifiers

The first two topics, rigid links and offset beams, relate to those parts of my Analysis and Modelling Lectures and I suggest referring back to the handouts. The topic of modifiers considers how to alter the properties of elements to account for changes in section property, whether sectional or material, and may be of use in modelling cracking.
