Joe Jackson's Final Days Captured on Camera

Joe Jackson spent his final days hospitalized in Las Vegas, battling stage four pancreatic cancer, before passing away on June 27, 2018, at age 89. As the patriarch who built the Jackson family into a musical dynasty — and the man his own children described as both their creator and their fear — his last week was anything but simple. In this deep dive, we reconstruct what actually happened inside that Las Vegas hospital room: Jermaine Jackson's public frustration over being blocked from his father's bedside, Katherine Jackson's decision to show up after decades of separation, Janet Jackson's tribute just two days before his death, and granddaughter Paris Jackson's account of holding his hand, telling him a joke, and hearing him laugh one last time. We also cover Joe's final public message — a haunting tweet about sunsets — and what came after his death for a family that had spent five decades defined by both his discipline and his damage. #JoeJackson #JacksonFamily #JacksonRewind #MichaelJackson #JanetJackson #JermaineJackson #KatherineJackson #ParisJackson #Jackson5 #MusicHistory #CelebrityHistory #JacksonDynasty
