At the least, I'd recommend going to Landscape Arch and back, but do the full 8 mile loop if you're looking for a more challenging adventure. Best time to visit Arches National Park is either Fall or Spring. Avoid summer due to extreme heat and lack of shade. Avoid winter due to snow/ice/cold. Have caution, when I visited the park there were some restrictions on entry, so make sure to check the park website to be sure you've got everything dialed in before visiting.
