In this fifth and final day (~3 hours 47 minutes) of O.J. Simpson's 1996 civil wrongful-death deposition, plaintiffs' counsel presses him under oath on a wide range of physical evidence and the timeline surrounding the murders. Extended questioning covers his clothing and footwear — Bloomingdale's sweaters, the number of shoes he owned and where they were stored, and the gloves he owned in 1994, including Aris isotoner gloves and their sizes — as well as watch caps and photographic exhibits from his Rockingham residence. He is questioned in detail about his golf clubs and luggage on the Chicago trip, the morning drive down Bundy, and the flurry of phone calls he made, including reaching Kato Kaelin and a conversation with a police officer. The deposition closes on the forensic evidence, including the socks entered into the record, hair found at Rockingham said to be consistent with his, and blood at Bundy said to match. Throughout, Simpson repeatedly answers that he does not recall or does not know. LEGAL DISCLAIMER: This video contains a raw, unedited deposition made available as a matter of public record.
