The third day of the Late Adv. Baburao Thakare Memorial Orientation Week on Criminal Law & Trial 2026 was held on 21st August 2026. Kamlesh Palekar, Nashik Treasurer, Nashik Bar Association The Guest Speaker discussed important aspects of Juvenile Justice, including the legal framework, child protection and practical considerations in matters concerning children in conflict with law.
