Mumbai Pune Expressway Missing Link Project | Maharashtra's Longest Tunnel | January 2024 Update

In this video I have shared the Missing Link Project update on Mumbai Pune Expressway. The Mumbai Pune Expressway is presently of 6-lane cement concrete pavement with 2.5m wide paved shoulder on both sides having a length of 94 kms. Mumbai Pune Expressway's 13.3 km Missing Link project by MSRDC is an under construction 8 lane access-controlled highway with a route alignment connecting Khopoli to Kusgaon. The link with a string of viaducts, tunnels and bridges aims to bypass Khandala Ghat's hairpin turns which are prone to landslides, reduce distance by 6 km, reduce travel time by 25 minutes, and provide a straighter route.
