After more than 20 years on the road, more than one questionable repair and a few pretty serious problems, putting the entire car back together just doesn't make much sense anymore. But there's one part of it that's definitely worth saving: the 2.3-litre V5. So in this video, Pascal and I pull the engine and gearbox out of the Toledo, find a few interesting problems along the way, and somehow manage to squeeze the V5 out of an engine bay that really doesn't want to let it go. The Toledo might be done, but hopefully this isn't the end of its engine. Now we just need to figure out what car it should end up in... Let me know what you think we should V5 swap in the comments!
