TAXI DRIVER depicts the writer's experience of working as a taxi driver in Paisley, Scotland between May 2018 and April 2019. It puts emphasis on the precarity and danger of unpredictable work environments and highlights the struggle between the stereotyped individual and the collective, as well as the uncertain boundaries between public and private space.
