The plexiglass roof will not handle snow load in our northeast winters (the wood will be fine). I have factored in the cost of adding 3mm polycarbonate (shatterproof, clear and strong) to the roof. I'm sorry that I forgot to address that issue in the video. It will hold up fine to normal winds in our area the same as the rabbit barn and chicken coop. Obviously, winds from our tropical storms and hurricanes will always be a gamble.
