◾️Egg Laid & Hatched Data 2026 8/30🥚🥚🥚🥚 8/28🥚🥚🥚 8/25🥚🥚 8/22🥚→10/01🐣 This nest is home to a pair of Peregrine Falcons on the 33rd-floor ledge of the “367 Collins Street” skyscraper in Melbourne, Australia. Located about 150 metres above ground in Melbourne’s CBD, this nesting site has been observed continuously since 1991, making it one of the city’s most famous wildlife spots. ◾️History of Nesting at 367 Collins 【1991–1992: Origins and Establishment】 In 1991, Dr. Victor Hurley discovered that a pair of falcons had failed to hatch eggs laid in the building’s metal gutter. The following year, in 1992, a purpose-built wooden nesting box (a “scrape box”) filled with sand was installed on the building’s high-rise terrace. The falcons took to it, and have returned to raise chicks there every year since. 【2004–2005: Tragedy and a New Generation】 In 2004, a tragic incident occurred in which the resident pair was harmed after eating an illegally poisoned pigeon. However, the following year, in 2005, a new pair took over this prime nesting spot, and it once again became an active breeding site. 【2017–Present: Livestreaming and Global Popularity】 Once viewable only via a monitor in the building’s lobby, a 24-hour webcam was installed in 2017, launching an internet livestream. The nest gained a surge of attention especially during COVID-era lockdowns, and it has since become a beloved spot watched by tens of thousands of fans around the world. ◾️Video courtesy of 367 Collins Falcons    / @367collinsfalcons4   367 Collins Falcons 2025 - South facing https://www.youtube.com/live/oibsohQ1... 367 Collins Falcons 2025 - North facing https://www.youtube.com/live/dNKk0ivu...
