Kanye West’s Russian Concert Organizers Face Lawsuits and Refund Pressure

Organizers connected to Kanye West’s planned Russian concerts are facing mounting legal and financial problems after the shows were canceled. The events were reportedly expected to take place in St. Petersburg, but Gazprom Arena allegedly declined the deal. More than 100,000 tickets had reportedly been sold, creating substantial refund obligations. Russian court enforcement officers also seized approximately 115,500 rubles from the organizer’s bank accounts, while prosecutors began examining the ticket sales process.
