Milestone approach

First time back out after smashing my right heel in a fall from a roof! two grade 3 climbs, Milestone approach and continuation, followed by some abseiling fun. Thanks to Koos (check out his channel for some great footage of the climb...Clogs on the mountain), Kate and Dave for a great day.
