Small retail businesses are increasingly turning to technology to keep track of their daily sales and stock. One of the solutions gaining attention is Duqact, a mobile point-of-sale (POS) application that allows shop owners to record transactions, manage inventory, and monitor their businesses directly from a smartphone. The platform has so far onboarded or supported 79 shops as it seeks to bring more small businesses into the digital economy.
