How to build internal and external metric ISO threads in 123d design v2.0

After I posted my previous video, I received several requests for a tutorial that shows how to build internal (nut) threads as well as external (bolt) threads. I decided to redo the whole thing with both types as well as some information on how metric threads profiles are sized and how the tolerance works.
