In this session, I explore a different approach to using the Korg NTS-3. Instead of constantly switching between various effects, I focused on using one specific reverb effect. By utilising the Kaoss pad, I can bring the effect in and out dynamically, creating more movement in my patterns. This technique works particularly well when running a Volca Bass and Volca Sample 2 through the chain. I walk through how this method changes the overall performance, helping you create deeper textures during your live jams. It is a simple adjustment that significantly changes how these units interact, improving your overall synth setup. 00:00 Setting up initial Volca Bass patterns 00:24 NTS-3 Reverb 00:30 Sample 2 00:42 More Volca Bass patterns 00:51 Adding more drum patterns 01:10 Volca Bass Solo 01:45 More Bass and Drum patterns 02:17 More Bass soloing + reverb 03:57 More patterns 04:19 Bring on the reverb!
