Pumpkin Filling *Ingredients* 1 cup packed light brown sugar 1 tablespoon cornstarch ½ teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1½ cups pumpkin purée (fresh or canned) 3 large eggs, lightly beaten 1½ cups evaporated milk *Directions* 1. In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, pumpkin purée, and eggs. 2. Mix well, then stir in the evaporated milk until smooth. 3. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust. 4. For a glossy crust, brush the edge with an egg yolk mixed with 1 tablespoon of heavy cream before baking. 5. Bake at *425°F (220°C)* for *10 minutes**, then reduce the oven temperature to **350°F (175°C)* and continue baking for **50–60 minutes**, or until the center is set. 6. Cool completely on a wire rack before serving. --- 🎥 Original Video Information SassE created her videos to help people relax, reduce stress, fall asleep, and experience the calming sensation known as *ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response).* --- *Business Inquiries:* [JanesHolidays@gmail.com](mailto:JanesHolidays@gmail.com) (re: SassEsnacks) --- Thank you for continuing to watch, remember, and celebrate SassE's life.
