A day in the life of Bolton's community nurses

Community (district) nurses provide nursing care including palliative care, wound management, catheter and continence care, and medication support for housebound patients within Bolton. There are six teams working in neighbourhoods across the town. We joined Esther and Kirsty to see what a day in their life is like.
