My current Eroica bike, the 1934 Kaminski (built most likely with Japanese tubing) developed a substantial crack in the seatstay. I'm hoping this year's Eroica Limburg won't be cancelled thus I need another bike. I came across this Virus 979 frame, glued aluminium with inverse lugs, Campagnolo Triomphe groupsed (upgraded with monoplanair brake calipers) and FIR/Campagnolo wheels. Enjoy! Still to do (comes in part 2): find a black saddle matching the bike style find nice toe-clips pedals ream the seat tube to accept the 25.0 mm seatpost (that's the catalogue size) put shorter stem, the current is 130 mm, I need 70/80 mm replace the brake hoods - I know they are original Campagnolo, unfortunately one is almost completely ripped through
