Octane Booster And Fouled Plugs? Uncle Bob McVay's Experience!

On some recent dyno pulling with The Old Man's Garage Bill Hoskinson's 434 small block Chevy we ran into a plug fouling issue, what caused it? Possibility of octane booster actually CAUSING problems? Powernation? Engine Masters? Engine Power? Richard Holdener? Any of you guys seen similar issues?
