Trains Passing At Crew Change Point. Indiana & Ohio Railway Trains Going Over Mill Creek, CSX Train With Several Locomotive Paint Schemes Including Rebuilt & Repainted Geep. Norfolk Southern Railroad Included. Hottest Day In 10 Years. These Trains Are At Winton Place In Cincinnati, Ohio At Canal Ridge Road. Baltimore And Ohio Railroad Color Position Lights In Their Last Year. The first train pulled up with 4 locomotives and several CSX paint schemes. The train stopped to wait for a crewman to arrive. While the train was sitting we see several CSX, Norfolk Southern and Indiana And Ohio Railway trains passing. Amtrak also uses this route but only makes a few round trips a week and usually in the dark. I have never been here when Amtrak has passed. This is actually Spring Grove Village although the railroad still refers to it as Winton Place. This area is very similar to Coffeys Cliff in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Both are accessed from a gravel lane, are at the north end of a huge railroad yard and both include CSX and Norfolk Southern. The Cincinnati Railfan spot also has I&O and Amtrak if you are lucky. I just heard some unsubstantiated rumours from a fairly somewhat reliable source that the B&O color position lights will be replaced on this line. From the one you see in this video all the way to Deshler on the Toledo Sub they are all going to be replaced. This is one of the last holdouts for these old B&O signals.
