Nothing could have prepared us for how deeply this would touch us. Standing beside the memorial, reading the names and hearing the stories inside the museum brought a weight to that day that we struggle to put into words. September 11 changed lives around the world forever, and the effects of that devastating day continue to be felt. Our thoughts are with those who lost their lives, their families and loved ones, the survivors, the first responders and everyone affected. We will never forget.
