Epic Fury B-52 bombers arrive in England

As operation Epic Fury gets going RAF Fairford has become very busy indeed. At the time of writing 12 B-1B Lancers from both Ellsworth and Dyess are on the ground as well as these 3 B-52H Stratofortresses from Minot AFB in North Dakota. In order of arrival: 60-0023 - Bomber Barons nose art 60-0060 - Iron Butterfly nose art 60-0007 - Guardians of the Upper Realm nose art An enormous amount of support has arrived from the continental US as well. I've never seen so much kit in RAF Fairford for a bomber deployment. I believe this is the first time so many bombers have been deployed at the massive base in England. Unprecedented times.
