FT857D & ATAS-120a installation Part 1

Part 1 of 2 Installed the ft857d with the atas 120a but still having a small problem with tuning first thing, but after taking the Atas out of the mount and waiting a few seconds the Atas work's 100% so if you have any idea's please post below, it could just need more grounding???
