By participating, you agree to follow them. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse. All rules apply equally to newcomers, regulars, friends and moderators. 1. RESPECT EVERYONE No harassment, abusive language, personal insults, deliberate provocation or unnecessary arguments. Random insults are unacceptable, even as jokes. If someone asks you to stop, STOP. 2. POLITICS, RELIGION & RACISM Politics and religion are prohibited unless I personally authorize an exception when either becomes a central topic of discussion. Exceptions are rare and can ONLY be granted by me. I may end these discussions at any time. RACISM IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED WITHOUT EXCEPTION. ANY RACIST REMARKS OR SLURS WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE BAN. 3. NO BACKSEAT GAMING OR SPOILERS No unsolicited advice, hints, directions, strategies, reminders or story spoilers. This applies even to games I've previously completed. Unless I explicitly request assistance, do not provide it. 4. DO NOT DERAIL THE STREAM Conversations are encouraged, but prolonged arguments, personal disputes, baiting and attempts to dominate chat are prohibited. Keep outside drama out of the livestream. If I or a moderator tells you to move on, comply immediately. 5. RESPECT MY DECISIONS Do not repeatedly request different games, voice calls, collaborations or changes to the stream. Suggestions are welcome when requested, but once I've declined something, the discussion is over. Do not pressure me to reconsider or demand explanations. 6. VIEWER SUBMISSIONS Submissions are accepted ONLY when I announce that they're open. Maximum of TWO videos per viewer, preferably no longer than TEN MINUTES each. Once submissions close, NO additional requests will be accepted. I may skip videos, close submissions early or suspend them entirely. 7. AFTER PARTIES Optional post-game sessions for chatting and, when announced, viewer submissions. After Parties do NOT automatically mean submissions are open. They generally last about an hour, but I may extend or end them at any time. 8. RESPECT PRIVACY Do not disclose or discuss anyone's private information, relationships, family matters or private conversations without permission. If I choose not to discuss something publicly, do not bring it up again. 9. NO IMPERSONATION OR ARTIFICIAL ENGAGEMENT Using alternate accounts to manipulate likes, views, subscribers or other engagement is prohibited. Impersonation, deceptive alternate accounts and ban evasion are also forbidden. Violations result in an immediate ban. 10. MODERATOR AUTHORITY Follow moderator instructions. Moderators must enforce rules fairly and are held to the same standards as everyone else. Misusing moderator privileges may result in their removal. 11. THREE-STRIKE SYSTEM STRIKE 1: Official warning. STRIKE 2: Final warning and possible timeout. STRIKE 3: Ban. Strikes may carry across livestreams. Serious violations, including racism, threats, severe harassment, deliberate privacy violations, impersonation and ban evasion, may result in an IMMEDIATE BAN without warnings. I reserve the right to update these rules and review disciplinary decisions. MOST IMPORTANTLY, HAVE FUN AND TREAT EACH OTHER WITH RESPECT! ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE NUTTY APE WIKI ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Explore the community's history, recurring viewers, memorable streams, memes, controversies and major events through our fan-made wiki! https://nuttyapewiki.miraheze.org ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ GENERAL NOTES & DONATIONS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ I stream entirely for fun!
