he Walking Dead: Streets of Survival immediately caught my attention because the 2D arcade look gave me some serious Streets of Rage vibes. That was honestly enough to make me want to jump into the demo and see what it was all about. After playing it, I can say this isn't exactly Streets of Rage-style combat, but I still had a pretty good time with it. The game is a 2D hack-and-slash/beat 'em up, but there's more going on than simply walking from left to right punching zombies. You can pick up items, use different weapons, sneak around, and interact with the environment in ways I wasn't expecting. And it's not just walkers you're fighting either — there are human enemies to deal with too. The biggest downside for me is that the demo feels way too short. Just when I was getting into it, it was over. I definitely wanted to see more. Still, the movement, presentation, weapons, and overall arcade feel were enough to make me interested in seeing what the full game has to offer. If you're a fan of The Walking Dead, old-school beat 'em ups, 2D action games, or just games with that retro arcade style, the free demo is available on Steam for PC/Windows but been released since June 12, 2026. #TheWalkingDead #StreetsOfSurvival #Gaming #GameDemo #ZombieGame #BeatEmUp #StreetsOfRage #HackAndSlash #RetroGaming #GamingTok #GameReview #pcgaming CPU:9850x3D GPU:5070Ti RAM:32GB DDR5 Resolution:1440P MINI LED Graphics Settings:ULTRA TO HIGH SETTINGS
