Hey hey, please enjoy tonight's video, I am so glad you're here! ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. It is most often used to relax, sleep, or help with certain feelings such as anxiety or depression. However, ASMR is not necessarily a cure for some cases, please also consult your doctor or therapist if you are mentally struggling. #asmr #relax #tingles #asmrrelaxation #triggersforsleep #sleep #spanish #español #enespañol #whispering Tip Jar (: PayPal- paypal.me/SillygooseASMR Cashapp- https://cash.app/$madip499 Venmo- https://www.venmo.com/u/sillygooseasmr
