Our First Overnight Sleeper Train in Thailand! (2nd Class, What's it like?)

Our first overnight Thai sleeper train! We set off leaving from Kanchanaburi on our travels to the south of Thailand to our next stop of point, Koh Samui! The journey was long and consisted of a 3hr train journey, a 2hr stop off, then another 14hr overnight sleeper train, another 2hr stop off, a 1hr 30min mini van and finally a 2hr ferry to our end destination of the island of Koh Samui. Surprisingly the journey was actually pretty pleasant thankfully! We decided to book 2nd class for our sleeper train, and what a decision this was! A great first overnight train experience overall with hopefully many more to come.
