ASMR: put the phone down and come here

you’ve been doom scrolling on your phone all night, and it’s getting late. i finally tell you to put the phone down and come here. it’s just making the anxiety worse and keeping you from getting the sleep you actually need. i know it feels like everything’s falling apart, it feels like that for me too. but not right now. right now, let’s not think about any of that. all i want you to focus on is this. you, me, and this moment. and maybe, if we’re lucky, getting some sleep soon. follow me on: patreon: patreon.com/beforeknightfalls
