A Supporter’s Home Video: Huddersfield Town’s Historic Stadium Move (1993–94)

Rare home video footage filmed by my dad between 1993 and 1994 documenting one of the most important periods in Huddersfield Town’s history. Includes the demolition of Leeds Road, construction of the new McAlpine Stadium, the first sod being dug, the team coach departing for the 1994 Autoglass Trophy Final at Wembley, and footage filmed just two days before the first ever match at the new stadium. A unique piece of Huddersfield Town history preserved on VHS and digitised for supporters to enjoy.
