Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 Gameplay- Noob Saibot [HD]

Noob Saibot is a non-playable character. He's only playable on the console versions and the 2nd UMK3 version on the arcade... or by using a cheat I guess. Anyways, I put Noob as the 2nd best on S-Tier which is higher than or equal to Rain and here's why: for one, on the arcade version he's OP. He's basically Kano but on crack: Faster movement, tanky HP, and he's considered a boss character... Rain is NOT on the official arcade version, only on hacks and the console version. On the console version, he's both OP AND Broken. I don't even need to explain how... Anyways, we have one more character left! Enjoy! :)
