solo friday night | cook with me, coconut tofu curry & a cozy night in 🍛🤍

solo friday night and honestly? my body knew exactly what it needed 🤍 came back from travel on thursday and jomar had to head home for a family thing so it was just me, myself and i for the friday 🌿 and all i was craving was movement and a home cooked meal — so that is exactly what i gave myself 💪 headed to the gym first because movement always resets me after travel ✨ and then straight to trader joe's for a grocery haul to make myself dinner 🛒 this vlog is mostly just me cooking and honestly i love that for us 😂 i made a coconut tofu curry with white rice and it was SO good 🍛🥥 simple, cozy, nourishing and exactly what my body needed after a travel week 🌿 sometimes the best friday nights are the quiet ones 🤍 if you enjoyed this video, don't forget to give it a thumbs up 👍, subscribe so you never miss a video 🔔, and drop a comment below — i read every single one! 🤍 🎬 new videos every week for collaborations & inquiries: contact.maytealexandra@gmail.com #cookwithme #solofrindaynight #veganrecipes #coconuttofucurry #traderjoes #brooklynvlog #nyclifestyle #cozyfriday #vegancomfortfood #homecookedmeal
