Cebu Lechon Belly is known to be the best Lechon in the world. I made this one in the Oven and it came out Amazing! My wife and her family is from Cebu and certified that my Cebu Lechon Belly came out perfect! haha here is my Oven settings 2 hour 300 degrees F 1 hour 350 degrees F 1 hour 400 degrees F 30 min 420 degrees F 4hour and 30 min total time. #LECHON #CEBU #CEBUCHON
