Gifted and Endowed Yet Lacking Good Character! How?!

According to statistics, Ghana is 70% Christian. Yet, you and I will agree that this is not evident in the country's life. As children of God, endowed with gifts and talents, one would expect that our impact on Ghana's growth and development will be significant. That, unfortunately, is not the case. Rather we see immorality, corruption, indiscipline, among other vices, on the ascendency. When we come to the corporate world, most so-called Christian under perform. We have over spiritualized the concept of work and it seems we expect God to miraculously make things happen in our workplaces. Sometimes our lack of diligence also comes from fear, cowardice and low self esteem. How is this possible, when we have the Spirit of the One who made the heavens in the earth living in the inside of us?
