Hello, I hope you are all doing wel In this video, I focused on reworking the conveyor sorting logic from video 1.0. With the newly added CMORE HMI, I am able to make a recipe selector. I am now able to tell the PLC program what products I want Sorted, Assembled and Rejected. I also implmented logic to reject any raw material that exits the machining cells. Goals for future videos: Improve counter bug on production setup HMI. Improve fault tracking / watch dog timers. Implement retrevial logic for the ASR system. General bugs and timing issues. Things learned: Data Multiplexing in LD Code. Importance of visual feedback and user error prevention. Structural Interlocking and closed loop control.
