The Great Martian War 1913 - 1917 Footage Colourised

The Great Martian War 1913-1917 is a fake documentary based around an alternative First Worlds War in which Earth is invaded by Martian tripods, a la H.G. Wells The War Of The Worlds. It's a really good documentary, I watched it when it was first on over here in 2013. It did a really good job of mixing in footage of The Great War with CGI of Martian Fighting Machines and portraying it as real footage in a documentary style. As this documentary footage was in black and white, I decided to put it through the DeOldify Artificial Intelligence Colourisation and the result ended up being really good! I just put some generic World War One backing track to the footage, which matches in surprisingly well considering I didn't bother editing it to fit, and I think the result is really quite good! Enjoy! I just noticed while writing this description that I originally accidentally typoed 'H.G. Wells' as 'H.H. Wells'. That sounds like his American cousin or something.
