PDQ ProTouch Tandem Car Wash - Exxon @ AC&T - Falling Waters WV

I've been filming car washes for at least 13 years, and out of all the systems I've filmed over the years (i.e. Autec, Ryko, Belanger, WashWorld, etc.), I finally got the chance to film my first PDQ Tandem! Ever since I've been watching Jacob's car wash videos, it was always a PDQ Tandem I've been turning my head towards, and I've been trying to scout out some locations, but with no luck. Fast forward to last Sunday where I scratch off Hagerstown and cross the Potomac River to find a Tandem, and I find out that this system, along with a LaserWash, was working! Now, the starting process wasn't perfect. I fueled up at the pump, but I wasn't given a car wash option. Second, I tried screwing off the antenna, but it got stuck prior to fueling up. Someone was waiting for me, so I fueled up, parked elsewhere, and gave it EVERYTHING I got to screw off the antenna. I would've given up and bailed out, but somehow in someway, I FINALLY got to screw the antenna off. Let's say from now on, no more soft touch washes (unless I find a Tandem or an Autec). Next, I went inside to pay for a wash, showed my receipt, but while I got the option to select a wash, the discount never applied. Finally, I got the video rolling at the time I approached the wash. I think I'm going to have to stop the car before the pay machine, get out, and make the payment or insert my wash code from now on, because I CANNOT reach out for the pay machine from inside the car. I ALWAYS have to shift to Park, unbuckle my seat belt, and open the door to reach for the pay machine. As for the system, I'm glad I got to film my first Tandem, and I wished the dryers were a little more effective. Overall, this whole video wasn't perfect, as I didn't have enough Jacob vibes when it comes to these Tandem's, but I think it came out fine. Hope to film another Tandem! (Or an Autec)
