Avoiding the mountain tops thanks to Storm Amy, I take the amazing walk around Llyn Idwal instead — one of the most beautiful and legendary spots in Eryri (Snowdonia). Along the way, I explore Devil’s Kitchen (Twll Du), talk about the myths and legends surrounding the lake, and share some of its fascinating history — from Charles Darwin’s glacial discoveries to the rare Snowdon lilies that grow here. As always, I chat about men’s mental health, teach a bit more Welsh language, and test out my new SealSkinz hat, which was a lifesaver in the wind!
