What impressed us most was the excellent front desk service. The staff were warm, friendly and very helpful, taking the time to assist us with our questions and arrangements. Everything feels fresh and well maintained, creating a comfortable place to return to after a long day exploring Zhangjiajie. We especially appreciated coming back to a clean and comfortable room after a full day in the mountains. The convenient location also meant less time travelling and more time enjoying Wulingyuan. OUR STAY EXPERIENCE For us, the biggest highlights were the cleanliness, the newness of the hotel and especially the excellent front desk service. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, which was exactly what we appreciated after long days exploring Zhangjiajie. But what really made the stay memorable was the staff. The front desk team were friendly, attentive and always willing to help. It is often the little things that make a hotel stay special – having someone readily answer your questions, help with arrangements and make you feel welcome after a tiring day.
